They are designed specifically for service-users, but fail to consider disabled people as the service-givers.

Many new and refurbished buildings have ramps for wheelchair users. However, these are often temporary or have an unsuitable gradient or surface. Many buildings fail to provide wheelchair access to other floors levels!

A hassle-free entrance for all to benefit from

The Vassall Centre provides a tried and tested template for others to follow. The standard of accessibility at the Centre is far beyond the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
